3.0 Personal Information that this Website Collects, Why we collect it, and how it is Stored
This website collects and uses non-sensitive personal information for the following reasons:
3.1 Site visitation tracking
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.
Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor (see section 6.0 below).
Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.
3.2 Contact forms
Should you choose to contact us using a contact form on this website, the data submitted is collated into an email, encrypted and then sent over the internet to our email service provider. The email is securely stored on the servers of our email provider for us to access. We don’t store any of this data locally. You may request to see your data and ask for it to be deleted.

All traffic (transferal of files/data) between this website and your browser is encrypted and delivered over HTTPS.
The website is protected by a web application level firewall. This website’s server is also protected by a firewall. It is hosted within a UK data centre.

5.0 Service Provision: Our Role as a Data Processor
If we host, maintain and/or update your website, then it is likely that we process data in a number of ways, depending on the functions that your website performs.We also have a responsibility to ensure the safety of the data if it is held on our web-servers. Websites and web-servers are vulnerable to attack by those seeking to disrupt services, use server resources, or steal data. We take security of individual websites and our web-servers very seriously and employ industry standard defences to protect them.
We have an administrator account that enables us to access your website’s control panel. If your website collects and stores private data, such as though a user registration system, eCommerce orders, and/or enquiry forms, then we can see that information.
That data is stored in a database on our web server, in a third party data centre. The data is also copied, securely transferred to, and stored on another third party back-up server.
We only view and use this data if necessary and only for the purposes of conducting our hosting, maintenance and updating services.

We use a number of third parties to process personal data on our behalf. These third parties have been carefully chosen and all of them comply with the legislation set out in section 2.0. All these third parties are are EU-U.S Privacy Shield compliant.
7.0 Data Breaches
We will report any unlawful data breach of this website’s database or the database(s) of any of our third party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
